Purchase a gift card of $50 or more and receive a $10 golf coupon valid for green fees at five Oakland County Parks and Recreation golf courses during the 2013 season.
This promotion is only available from Nov. 19 – Dec. 21.
Gift cards can be purchased at Glen Oaks, Lyon Oaks, Red Oaks, Springfield Oaks, and White Lake Oaks golf courses; Oakland County Parks and Recreation Administration Building in Waterford; Independence Oaks County Park office and the Wint Nature Center.
Every green deserves a little TLC
To ensure optimal playing conditions at Red Oaks Golf Course, Oakland County Parks and Recreation will aerate the greens. Aeration is the process by which holes are put into the greens to allow for air to be able to get into the soil beneath the grass.
Red Oaks Golf Course will be aerated Monday, Oct. 15 through Wednesday, Oct. 17.
Please call the pro shop prior to arrival: opening and hours may be adjusted due to unpredictable fall weather.
