We’re kicking off 2025 with some serious momentum in the Digital Transformation Program (DTP)! The 2nd cohort wrapped up their training in December, and the 3rd cohort is set to finish this January. Meanwhile, the 4th cohort kicked off on January 8th, and the 5th cohort is ready to roll on February 11th. 🚀
The companies in Cohort 4 bring an exciting mix of industries and ambitions to the table. From candle manufacturing to home appliance parts, drone technology, and STEAM education, this group is exploring how 3D printing can revolutionize their businesses. Their goals are as diverse as their industries:
- Creating unique candle products and accessories in-house
- Rapid prototyping innovative concepts to pitch to investors
- Expanding production capabilities for patented products
- Educating students about recycling and manufacturing through after-school programs
- Scaling up small drone hardware production with proof-of-concept designs
- Training workers with disabilities to use advanced technology for real-world job skills
Some companies are new to 3D printing, while others are expanding existing capabilities, like moving from hobby-grade printers to robust industrial machines or enhancing their 3D printer farms. Whether it’s producing custom jigs, crafting mold patterns, or building new product lines, this cohort is diving deep into the endless possibilities of additive manufacturing.
We’re thrilled to see how these innovators leverage 3D printing to reshape their industries and communities. Stay tuned for more updates as they bring their visions to life!
