Treatment Services Supervisor
Under direction, is responsible for training and supervising Case Coordinators and Treatment Services Clinicians in techniques and procedures necessary for providing counseling and clinical services to residents and their families, and evaluates the effectiveness of unit programs, recommending changes in methods, philosophy, and format to improve program outcomes and reduce recidivism in either the Children’s Village or the PACE program of the Health Division. Conducts periodic case reviews of caseloads and file audits to ensure compliance with licensing regulations pertaining to treatment and casework delivery, which include preparing reports and other documentation as needed. Reviews service and treatment plans for licensing/contract compliance and administrative expectations. Takes corrective action as necessary. Develops and coordinates staff orientation as well as annual trainings. Assists administration with recruitment and placement of student interns. May be required to work an adjusted schedule involving weekends, evening hours and to respond to emergencies during off-duty hours. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
