Red Oaks Waterpark and Waterford Oaks Wave Pool will open on Saturday, June 8 for the 2024 season with all attractions in full operation in mid-June.

Waterford Oaks’ tropical wave pool features palm trees and bubbler fountains near the shore. A children’s water playground features more than 30 interactive activities. The wave pool is heated. Also available are picnic areas with grills, bathhouse with showers and lockers, lounge chairs and tubes. Waterford Oaks Wave Pool is located at 1702 Scott Lake Road in Waterford.
Red Oaks Waterpark offers multiple attractions: Wave-action pool; triple-flume waterslide; River Ride; and SplashTown featuring a children's splash pad with 52 interactive water features, including a water play climber with slides and a dumping bucket. The wave pool and River Ride are heated. Red Oaks Waterpark is located at 1455 E. Thirteen Mile Road in Madison Heights.
Red Oaks Waterpark ticket prices are $26 regular rate; $20 Oakland County resident rate; and free for children ages 0-1 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays; and $24 regular rate; $18 Oakland County resident rate; and free for children ages 0-1 on Mondays-Thursdays.
Waterford Oaks Wave Pool ticket prices are $15 regular rate; $12 Oakland County resident rate on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays; and $10 for everyone on Thursday and Friday. Children ages 0-1 are always free with paid adult admission.
Guests are encouraged to purchase waterpark and wave pool tickets at OaklandCountyParks.com up to three days prior to day of visit. Tickets can also be purchased on site during regular hours.
Red Oaks Waterpark

Oakland County Parks lifeguards are trained through the Jeff Ellis and Associates International Lifeguard Training Program and are licensed by Ellis to work at OCP facilities. Lifeguards take part in an initial 24 hours of training, 10 hours of orientation, on-site training and 10 hours of shadowing a veteran lifeguard on duty at the pool. Lifeguards are required to attend ongoing in-service training throughout the summer to ensure their lifeguard skills continue to be top-notch. Management staff oversees the lifeguards daily.
