Join the Oakland County Farmers Market for the Cooking with edibleWOW demonstration series from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, April 27 when Chef Jeremy Abbey from Epiphany Nain Rouge Kitchen shares his recipe for Jerk Braised Pork with Mango Chutney. This tasty recipe is sure to be a delicious addition to any dinner table.
A collaboration between edibleWOW magazine and Oakland County Parks, the cooking demonstration series is very popular, so be sure to arrive early for a seat. Copies of the recipe will be available at the market and online at OaklandCountyParks.com following the demonstration.
Guests can shop for ingredients from 7 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturdays at the Oakland County Farmers Market.
Oakland County Farmers Market
The Oakland County Farmers Market is located at 2350 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford. It is a producer-direct market that hosts nearly 100 farmers and artisans representing 17 Michigan counties. Hours are 7 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturdays through the end of April and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays May through December. For details, call 248-858-5495.
