Join OCPR on Saturday, Feb. 26 for our next Summer Job Fair at Lookout Lodge in Waterford Oaks County Park.
Get your questions answered, meet our friendly staff, discuss your future goals and submit your job application from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Plus, when new OCPR lifeguards complete 100 hours of paid lifeguard service at the waterparks, they will receive a $300 bonus.
Parks Attendants have direct interaction with customers at the point of sale, greet and act as hosts to visitors, take reservations, coordinate park entry and complete cash transactions. They answer questions, give directions, explain facilities and assist with other waterpark operations duties.
Parks Seasonal Laborers perform entry-level manual work, which as carrying, loading and unloading materials and equipment; cleaning work sites; mowing lawns, weed trimming and general landscaping duties; and irrigation and mowing equipment repairs. Waterpark Workers handle park maintenance responsibilities like mowing, trash removal, tree maintenance, line trimming and custodial services.
What does it mean to be part of the Recreation Programs and Services team?
Recreation Program Leaders and Recreation Assistants offer programming for children and adults and operate mobile recreation units like inflatables, a zipline, games, a climbing tower, an archery range and more. They travel to OCPR’s 14 parks and other locations throughout the county to assist with programs, festivals and signature events. No two days are ever the same as staff works to provide fun, safe and quality recreation experiences for people of all ages.
How can I learn more?
Individuals ages 16 and older are welcome to apply for Lifeguard, Parks Attendant or Recreation Program Leader. Other positions are limited to those 18 and older.
