Robin Danto, extension educator with Oakland County MSU Extension, will present "The Five Food Groups at the Farmers Market" and information on onions while making a French onion soup.
The final 2021 Discover Michigan Fresh series presentation will be March 20 with the topic “Make it Yourself - Add a Fruit or Vegetable” as well as a recipe for salsa.
The Oakland County Farmers Market is open from 7 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturdays.

The Oakland County Farmers Market is located at 2350 Pontiac Lake Road in Waterford. It is a producer-direct market that hosts nearly 100 farmers and artisans representing 17 Michigan counties. Winter hours are 7 a.m.-1:30 p.m. every Saturday. For details, call 248-858-5495.
