Filing of Emergency Matters and Court Communication:

             Please note that ALL EMERGENCY matters for Civil, Criminal, and Domestic cases ishould be filed through the SOM MiFile efiling system as of Monday April 13^th. As always if you have filed something, and it is an EMERGENCY, YOU MUST CONTACT THE CHAMBERS of the assigned judge. You will find contact information for the judges on their protocol pages. If you cannot reach someone and the matter is URGENT please use the additional contact information below.

  

Juvenile and PPO matters are NOT to be efiled. Juvenile legal filings should be emailed to JuvenileLegal@Oakgov.com All social file documents should be emailed to Juvenile@Oakgov.com .

  

If you need to file a PPO please email the PPO required documents to PPO@Oakgov.com. If your case does not appear in the MiFile efiling system please email efiling@oakgov.com to have it added.
