Oakland County eFiling Expansion

 

Beginning Monday, April 13, 2020, Oakland County Circuit Court will be expanding the efiling program to include Criminal cases, additional Domestic Relations cases. While efiling into these cases is not mandatory at this time, it is very strongly recommended by the Bench.

 

In addition to the current efiled cases, which include all Civil and Divorces Without Children (DO), the case types below will be added:

Criminal– FC, FH, FJ

Cases from 2017 forward

 

Domestic (including case initiation)– DC, DM, DP, DS, DZ

Cases from 2015 forward

 

Misc. (including case initiation) – ID

Cases beginning 4/13/2020

 

If your case is older than those listed above, you can request it be added to the efiling application by emailing efiling@oakgov.com
