Master Gardener Society of Oakland County Meeting

April 10, 2018 - 6:30 p.m.
"Intimate Portraits" the Artwork of Laurie Tennent presented by Laurie Tennent. According to Laurie being a photographer is synonymous with being a collector, by gathering images, recording moments and cataloging events. Creating art for her comes from a deep interest in science and biology. She values plants as total artistic architectural structures and their elements; cell shapes, fractals and vibrancy intrigues her. She believes that the subjects find her, presenting their energy in every detail, dancing in the light and bending before her lens.
