ATTENTION:

In early December 2017, the Oakland County Circuit Court efiling program, with Tyler Odyssey File and Serve, will be replaced with the State of Michigan’s statewide efiling initiative, MiFILE, powered by TrueFiling. With the transition to MiFILE, the Tyler Odyssey File and Serve will no longer be available for efiling.

 

The change will require all users to register with the new MiFILE system, including creating new service contacts and payment accounts. Filers will have the ability to log in to the new system prior to “go live” in order to set up their users and accounts in advance.

 

With MiFILE, transaction fees will no longer be incurred per filing. Statutory filing fees will be paid through MiFILE and will be subject to a credit card processing fee, not to exceed 3%.
