Share Your Feedback on Coordinated Supports Point of Contact (CSPC) Support
The Michigan Department of Education is gathering feedback from both ISD/RESA partners and schools who have worked with Coordinated Supports Points of Contact (CSPCs). Your input will help us strengthen services for schools identified for CSI and ensure supports are effective, timely, and aligned to needs.
For ISD/RESA Partners
If your ISD/RESA has collaborated with a CSPC, please take this 10–15-minute survey to share about your experience. 👉 CSPC ISD/RESA Partner Feedback Survey
For Schools (Superintendents/Building Administrators)
If your school has received CSPC support, please take this 10–15-minute survey to share about your experience. 👉 CSPC School Feedback Survey
Both surveys are open until September 12, 2025. Responses will remain confidential and will only be used for continuous improvement.
Thank you for taking time to share your reflections and suggestions. Your feedback is critical to ensuring coordinated supports that make a meaningful difference for schools and students.

What's New in the MiStrategy Bank?
Is your school or district considering the Early Warning Intervention and Monitoring System (EWIMS) strategy for your MICIP portfolio? EWIMS is an evidence-based strategy that is designed to improve student outcomes and increase graduation rates at the secondary level. MDE has curated several EWIMS strategies to help you reach your goals: EWIMS – Attendance, EWIMS – Behavior, EWIMS – Course Performance and EWIMS – General. All offer different types of options or entry points to implement EWIMS and are available in the MiStrategy Bank. If you need more information about EWIMS, please contact Bersheril Bailey.
If you have questions about how to use the MSB, MDE strategies in the MSB or need a hand with creating your own strategy, please do not hesitate to contact Dave Carlson, who would be happy to assist you.
Your Opinion Matters: Help Us Improve MiStrategyBank
We're inviting you to participate in our MiStrategyBank (MSB) User Feedback Survey! We want your insights to help us improve the platform's design, functionality, and content to better meet your needs as an educator in Michigan.
The survey is divided into three key areas to get your valuable feedback:
-
Product & Functionality: We want to know what you think about the platform's design, ease of use, and search features.
-
Partnerships & Engagement: Share your thoughts on how well MSB supports collaboration and how aware you are of the different roles within the platform's ecosystem.
-
End-User Engagement: Tell us how valuable you find the content and what resources would encourage you to use MSB more often.
Why Your Feedback Matters
MSB was created by educators for educators. The more the tool is utilized, the more robust and comprehensive it becomes. Your input is crucial to making MSB more robust, useful and effective for educators to find, select, and implement strategies. This allows more time for educators to do what they do best, build relationships teaching their students. The survey includes optional sections for you to provide your name and email if you're interested in participating in a future design session or focus group to give more in-depth feedback.
The survey is open now. Thank you for your continued partnership and for helping us make the MSB the best resource it can be!
