Release 3.1.2

Greetings!

Thank you for being the MICIP Administrators for your district! We appreciate all the work you do for the students of Michigan! It is our priority to keep you in the loop for changes (enhancements and fixes) that will be introduced to the MICIP Platform.

The Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP) platform is constantly evolving and improving function and performance.  Below contains:

• Date and time of the new release- This is important information because it is best for the district to log out of the MICIP while changes are being made. There is a possibility for disruption of your experience, but no serious consequences if you were in the platform during the release.
• The enhancements and fixes- This information will include those high-level changes that will enhance your experience or fix “bugs” that have caused a disruption of quality performance.

Please note that MICIP will be routinely scheduling pushes to production. It means that every Thursday could be a potential push day starting at 3:00 pm.  So, if you are planning to work with your continuous improvement teams on Thursday, you will need to know that it would be best for you to log out by that time. I will continue to send these notices on Wednesdays so you will know what the release items are and if there is a Thursday push.

Release: Thursday, August 8, 2024

Time: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Enhancement:

• A resource equity box has been added to the assess needs portion of the platform
• Completed activities are now able to be changed from completed to incomplete
• Users can now view full text of notes and data objects when user has view district data without going into editing
• The portfolio report cover page now will only list those buildings tagged to the strategies assigned to them

 Fixes:

• Strategy implementation plans errored with too many activities, this is now fixed 
• Users can now add more than two data objects in the monitor section
