Credentials List Updated, Bug fixes, Upcoming Training

Attention CTEIS Users.

 

Credentials List Updated

The list of Approved and Supplemental Credentials has been released.  You can find the spreadsheet listing all the credentials on the CTEIS Knowledge Base (Support.CTEIS.com). The Manage Credentials section of CTEIS has also been updated to contain all the updated credentials.

 

Bug Fixes

We are happy to report that issues with certain data export functions as well as some issues with Managing Users have been resolved.  If you are still having any issues, please contact the help desk.

 

Training Opportunities. 

     Spring Enrollment training is approaching, and now is the time to register to attend a webinar. We are happy to provide the 2023 Spring Training Schedule.

      Webinars begin at 9:00 a.m. and can possibly run until about 12:00 p.m. Training sessions are currently open for registration on the following dates:
