The Skills in Sync: Partnership Insights Snapshot is now available. This new resource distills information gathered during the Skills in Sync roundtable series hosted in April 2026, which brought together employers and educators from across Michigan to discuss educator-industry partnerships.
In total, 40 participants representing 14 counties contributed to a robust conversation on strengthening career connected learning. Their insights, captured in the three-page summary, highlight the importance of a holistic partnership approach that elevates student experience, strengthens program structure, deepens employer engagement and connects all partners within a full ecosystem designed to support learners.
