Earlier this summer, MCTI's Cabinetmaking students made table & chairs to be auctioned off at the Children’s Trust Auction.

Culinary students recently catered the Kane Brown concert at the Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. The students had the opportunity to prepare meals for the country music star and his stage production crew, providing hands-on experience in a professional setting. 

The students showcased their skills by preparing meals that met the high standards expected by such a prominent artist. This experience not only enhanced their culinary techniques but also taught them valuable lessons in teamwork and event management. Overall, it was an unforgettable opportunity that provided real-world insight into the culinary industry. 

The Pharmacy Technician program at MCTI helps students acquire the essential customer service skills needed to interact professionally with pharmacy customers, co-workers and other healthcare professionals. Students receive hands-on experience related to pharmacy procedures and essential job duties of pharmacy technicians, including receiving, processing and distributing prescriptions.

Graduates from the Pharmacy Technician program can go on to pursue careers as Pharmacy Aides and Pharmacy Technicians.
