This manual includes State of Michigan guidance for the service delivery of RESEA programming previously made available through RESEA policy issuances.

Major changes and clarifications to the RESEA program included in this manual are:

12: Program Monitoring

Description of phased implementation of RESEA program monitoring.

Changes made as a result of the internal/external review period are as follows:

  • Minor grammatical changes
  • Michigan Data Integrated Automated System (MIDAS) and Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM) were added as acronyms
  • Clarification provided in “Rescheduling an Appointment”
