Major changes and clarifications to the RESEA program included in this manual are:

Description of phased implementation of RESEA program monitoring.
Changes made as a result of the internal/external review period are as follows:
- Minor grammatical changes
- Michigan Data Integrated Automated System (MIDAS) and Michigan Web Account Manager (MiWAM) were added as acronyms
- Clarification provided in “Rescheduling an Appointment”
