Thank you for your interest in the Michigan Rural Enhanced Access to Careers in Healthcare (MiREACH). MiREACH provides support for the education and training you’d need to get started in a variety of in-demand healthcare careers.

As a MiREACH participant, you can receive on-the-job training, related classroom instruction, earn a paycheck, and get your foot in the door for a career with great advancement opportunities. Plus, you'll have the chance to become a local "Healthcare Hero" who can make a meaningful impact in a rural Michigan community.

Current in-demand healthcare professions include Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Medical Equipment Preparers (Sterile Processing Technicians), Phlebotomists, Psychiatric Aides and Technicians, Registered Nurses, Substance Abuse and Behavioral Disorder Counselors, and many others.
