The Braille and Talking Book Library (BTBL) lends audio and braille books to Michigan residents who are unable to comfortably read standard print materials due to a visual, physical or reading disability.

This fall, six regions around the state are hosting, Back To Michigan, a series of virtual and in-person networking events where job seekers can speak directly with hiring employers.

As of late July, more than 100,000 Michiganders were on their way to a tuition-free degree or skills certificate through Michigan Reconnect.
Michigan Reconnect offers Michiganders 25 years or older with a high school diploma a path to a college education.
The program pays the remaining balance of in-district tuition and mandatory fees after other state and federal financial aid have been applied. Students who attend out of-district community colleges will receive a large tuition discount.
