2027-28 FASFA Update and MiSSG

The 2027-28 Academic Year is active in MiSSG and the 2027-28 ISIRs are now loading into MiSSG. As additional ISIRs are received, they will continue to load into MiSSG. Institutions will see 2027-28 student data and 2027-28 reports/rosters as the system processes ISIRs.

MiSSG will load all 2027-28 FAFSA transactions processed by FSA for Michigan residents; including subsequent transactions through July 10, 2028 (unless a student has an award certified or paid reimbursement during Academic Year 2027-28). Only corrections initiated by institutions and/or students will return a subsequent ISIR.

MiSSG will continue to load all Michigan residents 2026-27 FAFSA transactions; including subsequent transactions through July 10, 2027 (unless a student has an award certified or paid reimbursement for Academic Year 2026-27).
