Important Reminders for Michigan Achievement Scholarship!

A new GovDelivery section for commonly received questions from institutions: “I updated my students’ graduation date, but they still are showing as ineligible”
Page 13 of the State Programs Procedures Manual states:
High School Completion and Mid-year/Off-cycle Awards Reminder
- Students must complete their high school requirements before the start date of their coursework for the semester/term at their institution to be considered for State financial aid.
Michigan Achievement Scholarship – Required Reporting Deadline April 1, 2026
- Pursuant to Section 248(10) of Public Act 15 of 2025, each eligible institution whose students receive the Michigan Achievement Scholarship in the Academic Year 2025-26 must submit a report by April 1, 2026.
