Quarter 2 Winter/Spring Certification/Reimbursement is Heating Up!

The temperatures outside may be freezing, but the deadline for Quarter 2 certification and reimbursement is heating up! The 2nd quarter payment date is scheduled for February 18, 2026. To be included in the 2nd quarter payments, awards must be certified and reimbursements requested by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on February 17, 2026.

Only accepted requests that are submitted prior to the payment date will be included in the 2nd quarter payments. Accepted requests that are processed after the 2nd quarter payment date will be included in the 3rd quarter payment.
