We have identified a system issue affecting the Clear Ineligible Reasons interface in MiSSG. As a result, School Users are currently unable to update a student’s eligibility status using this function.
This issue impacts the following programs:

Michigan Competitive Scholarship – all clear ineligible reasons present an error

Michigan Tuition Grant – all clear ineligible reasons present an error

Tuition Incentive Program – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
Children of Veterans Tuition Grant – all clear ineligible reasons present an error

Survivor Tuition Grant – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
Fostering Futures Scholarship – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
MI GEAR UP Scholarship – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
Futures for Frontliners – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
Michigan Reconnect Scholarship/Expansion – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
MI Future Educator Fellowship – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
MI Future Educator Stipend – all clear ineligible reasons present an error
-
Michigan Achievement Scholarship – only the “Did Not Enroll within Required Months of HS Graduation” reason is currently functioning
School Users attempting to use this feature will receive the following error message:
The issue has been reported to our vendor and we will provide an update once it is resolved. In the meantime, School Users may complete the necessary override by accessing the student’s individual academic year record and using the Student Application section.
