The 1st quarter payment date is scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 2025. See details below about Michigan Achievement Scholarship. To be included in the 1st quarter payments, awards must be certified and reimbursements requested by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Only accepted requests that are submitted prior to the payment date will be included in the 1st quarter payments. Accepted requests that are processed after the 1st quarter payment date will be included in the 2nd quarter payment.
Note: State of Michigan offices will be closed Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in honor of Veterans Day.
For institutions submitting requests via file upload, here are some helpful tips:
- Review the MiSSG File Formats.
- Do not delay! You will need time to review your upload results, which may require evaluating any errors and re-uploading your file.
You can review your errors by selecting, ‘The File has been processed, but errors were found.’
- You may review the students who were successfully included in the payment request on the ‘Ready to Pay Roster.’

Payments for MI Future Educator Stipend are processed weekly.
Payments for MI Future Educator Fellowship, Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship, and Non-public Dual Enrollment are processed monthly.
Michigan Achievement Scholarship Certification - Deadline, November 25, 2025
To be included in the 1st quarter payments for Michigan Achievement Scholarship, awards must be certified by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
First quarter payments for Michigan Achievement Scholarship will be processed beginning on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
