2026-27 FASFA Update and MiSSG

Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential - Office of Higher Education

The 2026-27 Academic Year is active in MiSSG and the 2026-27 ISIRs are now loading into MiSSG. As additional ISIRs are received, they will continue to load into MiSSG. Institutions will see 2026-27 student data and 2026-27 reports/rosters as the system processes ISIRs.

MiSSG will load all 2026-27 FAFSA transactions processed by FSA for Michigan residents; including subsequent transactions through July 10, 2027 (unless a student has an award certified or paid reimbursement for Academic Year 2025-26). Only corrections initiated by institutions and/or students will return a subsequent ISIR.
