College Partners Survey Results
Last month, MiLEAP’s Office of Higher Education asked for your input, and you delivered. Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the College Partners Survey! We received a total of 86 responses from the following institution types:
- 56% Public Community Colleges and Tribal Colleges
- 26% Public Four-year Colleges and Universities
- 16% Non-profit Independent Colleges and Universities

Based on your feedback, we will be working to streamline policies, enhance communication, and provide additional training opportunities. We’re committed to continuing our collaboration with you to strengthen State financial aid delivery across Michigan.
Introducing the Financial Aid Advisory Group
This fall, MiLEAP’s Office of Higher Education will launch its first-ever Financial Aid Advisory Group. We’ve selected 18 nominees who will be contacted soon. This group will play a vital role in informing policy and expanding access to State financial aid programs.
