The 3rd quarter payment date is scheduled for May 7, 2025. To be included in the 3rd quarter payments, awards must be certified and reimbursements requested by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on May 6, 2025. Only accepted requests that are submitted prior to the payment date will be included in the 3rd quarter payments. Accepted requests that are processed after the 3rd quarter payment date will be included in the 4th quarter payment.
For institutions submitting requests via file upload, here are some helpful tips:
- Review the MiSSG File Formats.
- Do not delay! You will need time to review your upload results, which may require evaluating any errors and re-uploading your file.
- Review your CSV file in notepad prior to upload to ensure your data matches the required file format.
You can review your errors by selecting, ‘The File has been processed but errors were found.’
- You may review the students who were successfully included in the payment request on the ‘Ready to Pay Roster.’
 The following State financial aid programs will be included in the 3rd quarter payment:
- Children of Veterans Tuition Grant
- Fostering Futures Scholarship
- Michigan Achievement Scholarship
- Michigan Competitive Scholarship
- MI GEAR UP Scholarship
- Michigan Tuition Grant
- Police Officer’s and Fire Fighter’s Survivor Tuition Grant
- Tuition Incentive Program
The 3rd quarter payment for Futures for Frontliners/Path 2, and Michigan Reconnect Scholarship/Expansion is scheduled for June 27, 2025.
Payments for MI Future Educator Fellowship and MI Future Educator Stipend are processed weekly.
Payments for Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship and Non-public Dual Enrollment are processed monthly.
