The 2024-25 State Programs Procedures Manual has recently been updated with a revision date of 03/10/2025 and includes the following updates:

Residency Requirements (page 15)
- Clarified parent contributor details.
MI Future Educator Fellowship (pages 18, 31, and 32)
- Clarified GPA requirements.
MI Future Educator Fellowship (page 32)
- Updated Commitment to Teach in Michigan Agreement deadline for renewal students.
Children of Veterans Tuition Grant (page 21)
- Clarified GPA renewal requirements.
Order of Packaging (page 62)
- Clarified aid restricted to tuition and/or fees must be used before applying funds from State financial aid programs.
