In Academic Year 2024-25, MI Student Aid will be sending a month end GovDelivery recapping the communications shared that month. This is not an exhaustive list and we encourage you to review all previous messages.
- New: Students should be receiving their State financial aid at the same institution they are receiving their Title IV aid.
- Clarified: MI Future Educator Fellowship Renewal Requirements/Eligibility.
- New: Michigan Achievement Scholarship Community College Guarantee Download and Upload Rosters.
- Clarified: Examples of Michigan Achievement Scholarship Withdraws and Enrollment Changes.
- There are separate file formats for four-year institutions and for community colleges/Tribal colleges.
- To be included in the 1st quarter payments for Michigan Achievement Scholarship, awards must be certified by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
- MiSSG Michigan Achievement Scholarship Community College Guarantee Manual now available.
- High school graduation data for 2024 high school graduates from CEPI is now available in MiSSG.
- The trainings featured the new certification rule requiring certification in chronological order and how the MiSSG system will display and track a student’s 15-month initiation period.
- MiSSG now reflects the Contact Hours field on the 'Information Roster.' Institutions can view or update the Contact Hours field on a students record.
