Thank you for your prompt submission of certifications and reimbursement requests ahead of the 3rd Quarter Payment Date. As a reminder, request for reimbursements and certifications will be available until 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
As planned, the following payments will be processed Wednesday, May 8, 2024:
- Children of Veterans Tuition Grant
- Fostering Futures Scholarship
- MI GEAR UP Scholarship
- Michigan Achievement Scholarship
- Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship
- Michigan Competitive Scholarship
- Michigan Tuition Grant
- Police Officer’s and Fire Fighter’s Survivor Tuition Grant (STG)
Due to higher reimbursement requests, payments for the Tuition Incentive Program (TIP) will be delayed. We are currently working with the State Budget Office and the Legislature to authorize use of contingency funds to cover these requests and make payments as soon as possible. While we recognize the inconvenience of this delay, we are glad to see more students are enrolling on campus with the financial support from these scholarships. Please continue to submit your requests for reimbursement to ensure our projections for additional funding is accurate. Thank you for your patience as we work with you on a revised payment timeline for TIP.
