Proposed Changes to the Child Care Organizations Act

There are bills pending in the Michigan Senate that would modify the Child Care Organizations Act (Public Act 116 of 1973) to reflect the changes made by congress through the Child Care and Development Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-186). A document has been posted on the Child Care Licensing website that goes through some of the major changes in the bills.
