Come home for the holidays, stay for new jobs!

MichAGAIN

Former Michiganders who are coming home for the holidays are invited to learn about opportunities to move back for good through the MichAGAIN and Quicken Loans Detroit Employment Event taking place on Thursday, December 27.

Join us from 6 to 9 pm at Forty-Two Degrees North in the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center. Mingle with representatives from Quicken Loans, GE, Recruitment Management Consultants, United Wholesale Mortgage and Detroit Employment Solutions (a Michigan Works! agency) to learn about opportunities that might just get you thinking about moving back to Michigan permanently. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be provided.

The MichAGAIN Program engages talent around the country with ties to Michigan to encourage them to stay, return, and/or invest in their state. Through partnerships with universities, businesses, and economic development partners around Michigan, we are reaching out to both young and seasoned professionals to promote opportunities to come back home.

The event is free but space is limited. To register, visit here. To learn more about MichAGAIN, visit here. We want you back!

(EMSI) estimates Michigan will have 187 job openings a year for line technicians through 2016.
