 Renovate Dental Clinic - Detroit
The contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, labor and supplies necessary to renovate the Second Floor Dental Clinic at the main campus of the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, located at 4646 John R. Street, Detroit Michigan. The total completed project shall include all necessary features and items of work as specified in the contract drawings and specifications so that the government shall have a complete, and functional Dental Clinic. All work shall be performed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM. All work shall be completed within 365 days from the Notice to Proceed.

 Bigelow Family Holdings LLC, doing business as MettleOps,* Madison Heights, Michigan (M68909-22-D-7901) has been added to the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple award task order contract announced Sept. 17, 2021, for operations maintenance and technical services in support of Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, Camp Pendleton, California. Bigelow Family Holdings LLC, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, protests the decision by the Department of the Navy, U.S. Marine Corps not to consider Bigelow Family Holdings LLC’s proposal submitted in response to request for proposal number M68909-21-R-7903 for operations maintenance and technical services at Camp Pendleton, California. The Marine Corps Systems Command reviewed the allegations made by Bigelow Family Holdings LLC in the subject protest. Given the allegations raised by Bigelow Family Holdings LLC in its protest, Marine Corps Systems Command took corrective action. Bigelow Family Holdings LLC was given an opportunity to deliver its complete proposal. Marine Corps Systems Command evaluated the proposal in accordance with the solicitation and it was found technically acceptable.

Fiscal 2010 Foreign Military Sales (Kuwait) funds; fiscal 2022 operation and maintenance, Army funds; and fiscal 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 other procurement, Army funds in the amount of $14,516,978 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Detroit Arsenal, Michigan, is the contracting activity.
