The Undergraduate Admissions Representative with Northwood University will be assigned to the Macomb County area, recruiting for Northwood's Midland residential campus in an effort to achieve an enrollment goal established by the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management. This will be accomplished through high school visits, attendance of college day/night programs, bus trips to campus, involvement in on-campus open house events, creating and hosting off-campus counselor events, interviewing prospective students and families, developing rapport and maintaining working relationships with counselors and business teachers and working with the alumni network.
The Admissions Representative will be expected to:
- Report directly to the Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management and achieve a defined enrollment goal, as well as assist the rest of the Admissions team with their responsibilities.
- Submit weekly activity reports and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Document all recruitment activities using customer relationship management software.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to travel and work evenings and weekends.
