Credit Analyst Position Opening with Capitol National bank

Capitol National Bank in Lansing is currently filling the position of Credit Analyst. This position will have the responsibility for providing credit analysis for the lending activities of the Bank. This position will provide analytical services in the administration of loan accounts. When needed, in conjunction with loan officer(s), this person will meet with current and potential customers to obtain information needed for loan requests. 

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, and/or commensurate work experience. One to three years of previous lending experience with a diversified background in lending is preferred, with knowledge of documentation and appraisal analysis.

Cooper Standard in Fairview is currently seeking a well-qualified individual for the company's Maintenance, Fluid System Division. This individual will be responsible for the repair, set up and preventative maintenance of various machines.

Essential duties of this position include:

  • Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and the manufacturing facility.
  • Maintain documentation related to the preventative maintenance program.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Perform pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
  • Set up machinery in a safe and productive manner, ensuring parts are built to the manufacturing plan.
  • Improve procedures that enhance quality and production flow.
  • Adhere to all corporate and plant level rules and regulations.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, or related work experience. Preferred qualifications include a certificate in a maintenance/technician program, three to five years of experience in the automotive industry, and experience with controls/programming.

Additional responsibilities may include participation in improvement teams and problem solving, and working shift work, including weekends.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of previous work experience in soldering operations, and previous manufacturing experience.

C2AE in Lansing is currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Technician to work on a wide range of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) projects.

Essential duties for this position include:

  • Provide onsite construction observation service for municipal infrastructure and construction projects.
  • Measure quantities, read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Document work performed and daily activities on Inspectors Daily Reports (IDRs).
  • Conduct soil erosion and sediment control inspections.
  • Act as a liaison with residents, clients, Project Managers, and the construction team.

Minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, MCA Level 1, MDOT Density Technician, MDEQ  Stormwater Operator, Bituminous Paving Operations, and Aggregate Level 1 certifications, and eight to ten years of experience providing onsite inspection and/or material testing on MDOT and state/federally funded road and/or bridge projects.
