Today we experienced a short-term disconnect to w3.michigan.gov. This is not a CMA or system error, it is a network connectivity issue between the State of Michigan, ATT and IBM. It is an intermittent issue and we have experienced 3 known events within the last 2 weeks. We have submitted a ticket both to IBM and the State Telecomm team so they can determine what might be happening to cause the disconnect.

On a good note, the connection issue does seem to resolve within a short time, but we need to pursue the root cause. We ask you to use patience if you get any pages that report that there is no connectivity to w3.michigan.gov and to try and connect again in a few minutes.

We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation and hopefully this inconvenience to you will be removed in the near future.
