The ramp from westbound I-196 to southbound US-131 will be closed today (Wednesday) until noon for road repair.  Detour: Continue west on I-196 and exit Lane Avenue, take a left onto Lane Avenue, left on 1st Street to eastbound I-196 to southbound US-131.
