NB I-275 near Metro Airport Advisory

A large void has been discovered under NB I-275, north of Eureka Rd, near Metro Airport, which has caused the closure of the left lane.

Beginning Tuesday, May 27, after 9am, crews will block the two left lanes to remove the pavement and fill the void, repair the road, etc. That work is currently expected to take approximately 2 weeks, depending on any other issues.

Please check Michigan.gov/drive for construction locations. Drive slowly and safely through our work zones.
