M-13 (Washington Avenue) closure Sept. 8-18 in Saginaw for permit utility work
SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has issued a permit for utility work on M-13 (Washington Avenue) from Emerson Street to Janes Avenue in the city of Saginaw.

Traffic restrictions:
M-13 will be closed in both directions and detoured.
- Northbound M-13 will be detoured via E. Holland Avenue, M-46 and E. Genesee Avenue back to M-13.
- Southbound M-13 will be detoured via E. Genesee Avenue, M-46 and E. Remington Street back to M-13.
Safety benefit:
Closing the roadway will ensure the safety of utility workers and motorists as crews install underground electrical utilities.
