Travel Advisory: Beadle Lake Road closure at I-94 in Emmett Township Sept. 21-26

Beadle Lake Road will be closed under I-94 in Emmett Township, Calhoun County, while crews complete work under the bridge. The closures will be from 7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, through 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 22, and again nightly from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, through Thursday, Sept. 26. The suggested detour will be on B Drive North, I-194, and Columbia Avenue.
During the closure, all I-94 ramps at Beadle Lake Road will remain open. Beadle Lake Road will be detoured on I-94.
This is part of MDOT’s three-year, $160 million I-94 project.
Motorists should expect delays, and alternate routes are advised. For project information and a map, visit Mi Drive.
