The MDOT Documentation Guide was recently updated to align with the 2020 Standard Specifications and the current MDOT Material Quality Assurance Procedures Manual. It includes updated links for various MDOT manuals, Construction Manual procedures, and policies in one central location.
The Documentation Guide details the minimum documentation requirements for pay item approvals and material acceptance. The Documentation Guide contains all the relevant information related to pay items, material approvals, and procedures/policies used to document MDOT projects in one reference document.
The Documentation Guide can be found here or can always be located in the MDOT Construction Manual on the left hand sidebar.
