MDOT Real Estate Online Auction - Ending Soon

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has expanded the way it sells excess real estate to include online auctions. Through BidCorp, MDOT posts property from around the state that are no longer necessary for our transportation purposes. To ensure access to MDOT’s online real estate auctions, interested individuals will need to register at www.bidcorp.com. Step-by-step instructions for registering and signing up for auction notifications are available.

Two MDOT excess property parcel auctions will be ending soon at www.bidcorp.com. The auctions will close Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 12:00 noon EST.

OAKLAND COUNTY - WEST BLOOMFIED TOWNSHIP

Tract 1463 - Located at (vacant) Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield Township, Oakland County, Michigan

OTTAWA COUNTY - ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP

Tract 970 - Located at (vacant) 5630 Lake Michigan Drive, Allendale Township, Ottawa County, Michigan
