MDOT Real Estate Online Auction - New Properties Available

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has expanded the way it sells excess real estate to include online auctions. Through BidCorp, MDOT posts property from around the state that are no longer necessary for our transportation purposes. To ensure access to MDOT’s online real estate auctions, interested individuals will need to register at www.bidcorp.com. Step-by-step instructions for registering and signing up for auction notifications are available.
Three new MDOT excess property parcels will be available starting Monday, November 30th at 12:00 noon at www.bidcorp.com. The auction will close Thursday, January, 14, 2021 at 12:00 noon.

OAKLAND COUNTY - BLOOMFIED TOWNSHIP

OTTAWA COUNTY - ALLENDALE TOWNSHIP
Tract 970 - Located at (vacant) 5630 Lake Michigan Drive, Allendale Township, Ottawa County, Michigan
