PROJECT UPDATE FOR "THE FLIP"...

Grand Rapids- See map below. 

The ramp from eastbound I-196 to East Beltline Avenue (M-44/M-37) is now OPEN.  The ramp to the Beltline from eastbound I-96 remains closed and is scheduled to open early next week.
