MDOT Real Estate Online Auction - Ending Soon

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has expanded the way it sells excess real estate to include online auctions. Through BidCorp, MDOT posts property from around the state that are no longer necessary for our transportation purposes. To ensure access to MDOT’s online real estate auctions, interested individuals will need to register at www.bidcorp.com. Step-by-step instructions for registering and signing up for auction notifications are available.
Several MDOT excess property parcels are available now through Monday, September 21st at 12:00 noon at www.bidcorp.com.
