M-20/US-10 BR resurfacing in Midland County starts April 27

PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $1.3 million to resurface 2.5 miles of M-20/US-10 BR in Midland from US-10 to Washington Street. Work includes joint and concrete repairs, sidewalk and ramp upgrades compliant with the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA), and pavement markings.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
Drivers should expect single-lane and shoulder closures.
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS:
This work will improve the road surface, extending the life of the roadway, and bring sidewalk ramps into ADA compliance.

This road construction project is an essential function. Transportation workers in the field follow Centers for Disease Control guidelines to limit their risk of getting sick.
