I-94 expansion project open house Aug. 21 in Kalamazoo

 

WHAT:

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting an open house to discuss the planned 2021-2022 I-94 expansion project from Lovers Lane to Sprinkle Road in Kalamazoo.

BACKGROUND:

MDOT will be reconstructing and widening I-94 from four lanes to six lanes from Lovers Lane to Sprinkle Road in 2021 and 2022. This two-year project includes replacing the Portage Road interchange and realigning Kilgore Road.
