M-25 pavement repairs in Bay City start Aug. 12

PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $239,205 to repair 0.3 miles of westbound M-25 from North Water Street to South Catherine Street in Bay City.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
Westbound M-25 will be detoured via southbound M-84 (Washington Avenue) to westbound M-13/M-84 (Lafayette/Salzburg Avenue), then northbound M-13 (Euclid Avenue) back to westbound M-25.
Henry Street's posted detour will include Midland Road, M-13 (Euclid Avenue), and Fisher Road. Henry Street commercial vehicle traffic will be detoured via Midland Street, Marquette Street, Harry S. Truman Parkway, Wilder Road, and M-13 (Euclid Avenue).
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS:
This work will improve the road surface and extend the life of the roadway.
