Lane closures: WB M-21 (Fulton Street), Kent County, July 26 & 29

Lane closures for road work will be in effect tomorrow (Friday) and this Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on westbound M-21 (Fulton Street) at Carl Drive.

PROJECT DETAILS:  The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing approximately $426,000 to modify the M-21/Carl Drive intersection and install indirect left-turns. The Carl Drive crossover will be removed, the Spaulding Avenue crossover to the west will be modified, and a new crossover will be constructed to the east of Carl Drive. The project also includes left-turn lane extension, new curb and gutter, and pavement markings.

ESTIMATED END DATE:  Friday, Aug. 2, 2019
