HIGHWAYS:

ESTIMATED STARTING DATE:

ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE:

PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $110,000 to install and approve traffic delineators across various state trunklines through six counties.
TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
Traffic will be maintained with single-lane closures and traffic regulators. This work is weather dependent.
SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS:
Roadside and post-mounted delineators are reflectors strategically placed to outline the roadway and remain visible to motorists in conditions where pavement markings may not be noticeable, such as snow, ice, and rain. Delineators are also beneficial where lane configurations or road alignment change, such as lane reductions and curves, helping to reduce lane departure crashes.
